Product: Afuresertib (hydrochloride)
Fas/TNFRSF6/CD95 Antibody Summary
Immunogen |
A synthetic peptide from the C-terminus of human Fas protein.
|
Localization |
Type I membrane protein (isoform 1); Secreted (isoforms 2 to 6).
|
Specificity |
This reacts with a 48 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein, known as Fas (CD95). The Fas antigen is expressed on the surface of various cell types, including activated T and B lymphocytes and T lymphoblastoid cell lines. CD95 mediatesreceptor-triggered apoptosis.

Application Notes |
IHC: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions and antibody dilutions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with all10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining.

Reactivity Notes
Cross-reacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species.
