NB100-65882 recognizes the porcine homologue of human Integrin beta 2/CD18. Clone PNK-I immunoprecipitates molecules of 166, 155 and 95 kDa under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Clone PNK-I has been reported to inhibit porcine NK activity without affecting antibody-dependent cellular cytoxicity.
