WB: Approx. 60 kDa band observed in lysates of Daudi (calculated MW of 63.0 kDa band according to NP_055413.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
